Now this, initially, made me laugh. — In the news, teen was looking at her phone when she struck a state police officer on the Dan Ryan Expressway. Then, I read the damages she caused as a result of her negligence — the state trooper sustained a head injury, leg injuries and then underwent surgery at a Cook County hospital. No longer funny.
